How can I cancel my Unlimited Sip Club Subscription or trial subscription?

Please note: Cancelling your Unlimited Sip Club Subscription after a recent renewal charge will not trigger a refund of that charge. You must cancel your subscription before your next renewal charge in order to prevent the charge. Mobile App Experience:

1. Open the app and sign into your MyPanera account - once logged in, tap the three horizontal bars in the left-hand corner and select "Sip Club":

2. Once on the new page, tap "Manage Subscription":

3. Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription Management page and tap the "Cancel Subscription" button directly below "Upcoming Charges":

4. You'll notice a pop-up message which allows you to keep your subscription if you tapped the cancel button on accident or if you change your mind:

5. If you move forward with the cancellation, you'll receive a confirmation in the app as well as an email confirmation:

Web Experience:

1. Log into your MyPanera account and click "Hi [Your name]" - from there, click "MyPanera Subscriptions":

2. Once on the subscription management page, scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel Subscription" - doing so unsubscribes you from the program and stops future renewal charges:

3. If you've successfully cancelled your subscription, you'll receive a confirmation that lets you know how long you can enjoy your remaining subscription benefits. MyPanera will also send you a cancellation confirmation email:

  • If you change your mind and want to enroll again before your cycle ends, you can go back to the MyPanera Subscriptions section of your MyPanera account and re-subscribe - this would activate your existing subscription with your same renewal charge date
  • If your cycle has ended and you no longer have the Sip Club Beverage reward on your account, you'll need to go through the Unlimited Sip Club enrollment process as a re-subscriber - depending on the date you re-subscribe, you may have a different monthly or annual renewal charge cycle.
