Are you having trouble logging in to your MyPanera account? Don't worry - it's easy to reset your password!
First, visit our website or mobile app and click Sign In at the top of the page.
On our website:
On our app:
When the Sign In to MyPanera pop-up appears , click the Forgot Password? link:
From there, you can select the way you want to search for your account (email, MyPanera number, or phone number if on our app). Then, enter the information associated with your MyPanera account and click Look Me Up.

You should then see a page letting you know that we sent the instructions to the email address we have on file for you.
Once you receive the password reset email, click on the Reset Password Now button to continue.
- Note: The link will expire two hours after you send it - if you are not available to do a reset within that time frame, you'll have to send a separate link.
The last step is entering in a new password and clicking Update Password
- Note: Please make sure your new password is between 8-16 characters, does not include spaces, and is not a password you've previously used with us.
If you've reset your password successfully, you'll be directed to sign in with your new password and receive a follow-up email to let you know that your MyPanera password has been updated:
If you have trouble finding the password reset email:
-
Depending on your provider, it may take a few minutes for the email to reach your inbox
-
Try searching your mailbox for this sender: panera@e2.panerabread.com
-
Try checking all of your email folders, including junk, spam, promotions, updates, etc.
-
If you entered a work email address, check with your IT department to make sure the email was not blocked
-
If none of these troubleshooting steps work, or you no longer have access to the email address on file for your account, please contact us for further assistance.
